Free Jiffy Mix Cookbook

Jiffy Mix is one of those items that is always in my pantry and has been since I was a young adult on my own. I remember the times when all I could afford were these inexpensive type of foods (I know, not a healthy thing to do, but you have to do what you have to do when you have no money).  

My favorite mix . . . corn bread muffins.  It really isn't worth making it from scratch when you've got Jiffy Mix.
