I have been trying to win the many items that Tropical Traditions has sponsored for giveaways. This week I was the lucky winner of a quart of Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil.
I can't wait to try it out as a healthier alternative since I love to stir fry and pan fry in my cooking. It is also used in baking or as a spread (like butter).

I have a weakness for health and beauty items . . . especially cosmetics . . . and I enter just about every one of these type of giveaways. It is stuff I usually purchase anyway or I get a treat and try new products for free.

I was thrilled to get the email from Carol at Retail Therapy Lounge announcing that I was one of the winners in her giveaway sponsored by Ancient Stones for mineral makeup and fixative. Woohoo . . . I was almost out of my mineral makeup and look forward to trying a new brand!
The irony of this giveaway is that I found it just as it was ready to close and I almost didn't enter cause I thought I didn't have enough time.
